day 3: PTUJ-ORMOŽ.

tour goes across Ptuj plains, flat.&27 km
main attractions: Dornava and Nedela baroque castles.

day 4: ORMOŽ-LJUTOMER.

hilly countryside. Some climbs over 100 m.&25 km
main attractions: classical Slovene vineyard area. Beautiful countryside and scenery. Jerusalem church.
we liked: vine cellars / better not combined with cycling.

day 5: LJUTOMER-MURSKA SOBOTA.

completely flat, across Mura river.&40 km
main attractions: old mill on Mura river, Bogojina modern church, ceramics village Filovci. Spas of Moravske Toplice.
we liked: hot water (37 C) in Moravci spa park.

day 6: MURSKA SOBOTA-LENART.

first part flat, later hilly countryside.&35 km
main attractions: Murska Sobota castle, champagne cellar in Gornja Radgona, Radenci spas.

day 7: LENART-MARIBOR.

hilly, vineyards and flat.&30 km
main attractions: small town of Lenart, north Slovene villages and farms.

day 8: DEPARTURE FROM MARIBOR.
